Beyonce is set to launch her own brand of fragrance next year under Coty Inc.

Coty Inc. is the home of many celebrity fragrances such as Halle Berry, J.Lo and Victoria Beckham. Beyonce's fragrancce is schedule to launch in early 2010 in North and South America and later in Europe.

Love Spell: beautiful blend of summer flowers and orange. This combination will put your significant other under your love spell. (available January – March)

Mango Daiquiri: frozen delight of juicy ripe mango topped with sugared raspberries and a sprinkle of lemon zest.

Mardi Gras: fun, flirty, refreshing and fruity (Seasonal, available January – February)

Mocha Latte: a delicious blend of chocolate, vanilla and coffee

Muscle Relief: great for tired and sore muscle. An aromatic blend of eucalyptus, orange, rosemary and peppermint (Bath salts and lotion only)

Oatmeal Delight: combination of fresh oatmeal drizzled with milk and honey. Its an excellent combination that is perfect for cold nights and warm hearts.

Just Peachy: fresh, tangy, juicy…it smells exactly like a basket of fresh peaches

Peppermint Schnapps: stimulating and invigorating….peppermint is known to help relieve fatigue, muscle aches, headaches and stress

Pina Colada: a tropical combination of pineapple blended with creamy coconut

Pink Pearl: juicy, sweet but tangy without the grapefruit bitterness.

Raspberry Mojito: a delicious combination of lime mint and sugared raspberries

Revitalizing Mint: rosemary spiked with mint to give it a fresh scent.

Sexy Little Things: a fruity floral blend of jasmine, waterlily, violet, apples and lime. (available January – March)

Spiced Cranberry: delicious cranberries seasoned with spices (Seasonal, available October – December)

Strawberries & Cream: fresh and sweet strawberries topped with whipped cream

Sugar Mama: smell sweet like candy with an aromatic blend of vanilla and sugar. A faint hint of fruit keeps this scent vibrant.

Tonic: clean and crisp. Blend of green tea, aloe and lemon

Very Sexy: this is a must have for any man. A spicy citrus blend, has top notes of tangerine, pink lime and bergamot leaves (available January – March)

Zen: green tea notes combined with the scent of washed bamboo leaves, oriental lily and apricot.

Prescriptives Going Out of Business

   Prescriptives has announced that it will close its retail counters globally, effective January 31, 2010.  You can purchase your favorite Prescriptives  products at www.prescriptives.com, while supplies last.   After the closure of the retail counters, the Calyx fragrance,  will be sold at the fragrance bar in select fine department stores (beginning February 1, 2010) and it will continue to be available online

Disney teams up with Carol's Daughter!

I am excited about the new Disney film "The Princess and the Frog", out this fall. This will be the first time that a Disney princess is African American! The film takes place in the bayous of New Orleans. Princess Tiana is voiced by Anika Noni Rose, who starred in Dreamgirls. To mark this momentous occasion, Disney has teamed up with Carol's Daughter to release a limited edition collection of bath and hair products for all the little African American princesses out there. The collection will include a shampoo, conditioner, detangler and bubble bath, all with images of Princess Tiana on the bottle.

The products will be out later this fall and the film will be released around Thanksgiving. Check out the trailer below.
